Rates All rates are based on double occupancy, with the exception of the deluxe suite which is based on 4 people. Each additional guest is $20 per night. All rates are subject to a 13% hotel tax surcharge and are subject to change without notice unless already guaranteed. Rates for special events and holidays are subject to change. Pet Rate Our well behaved furry friends are welcome at $40 per stay. Payment All payment is in US funds. Deposits may be paid only with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We do not accept checks of any kind. Deposits/Guarantee All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. 50% deposit is due when making the reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival. Cancellation/Refund policy Two week notice is required to cancel any reservation. Reservations cancelled under the time limit are charged a minimum of two days stay or 50% of the total reservation. No refund on early departures. Frequent Guest Discount Repeat guests are given a 10% discount on any reservation at any time. Check In 3pm Check Out 11am |
